Where Do You Stay in Las Vegas
We are considering towing out to Vegas next month, 5 days out, 4 days stay and 5 days back. We prefer the Fremont area so Main Street Station is on my radar. However, it's not the best area at night and DW is skeptical of walking the however many blocks to and from the park.
Parking away from the strip and downtown and taking the bus seems like a better option. This is where I became overwhelmed. Which place to select with a bus stop close and doesn't require transfers to get to the strip or downtown? We can take the Deuce or SDX from there.
Another option is drive to downtown, park in the Golden Nugget parking garage ($20/day) and go from there.
What do you do? Any advice is appreciated.
