The best way to handle it, IMO, and preserve the life of a message board is to remove the chronic offenders entirely. Meaning those who habitually engage in ad hominem attacks, belittling of members, and generally non-productive anti-social behaviors.
To answer the question of this thread's topic. I'm still in Minnesota, still working a contract to hire job as long as it lasts and the money keeps rolling in. :B
