If you have to get out of Dallas Metro on Friday evenings, you have a real problem. Been there; done that; never again! But then we are retired so schedules are not set like for worker bees.
I don't know what your home parking situation is, but could you load everything on Friday night after work, then wait to leave VERY early on Saturday morning (thinking 4 AM)?? That puts you into the CG when walk-ups may still be available. You stay Saturday night and then get home on Sunday before the PM rush starts
(For those of you who haven't experienced Dallas, there IS a PM rush, even on Sunday.)
