My son gets a college break the week of 10/21. I figure from here we'd have to head south in order to have warm weather. Since we're RV-less we'd have to book a hotel wherever we go. Looking at Oce...

Ocean City starts closing up shop after Sunfest weekend in September, but I like it because its way less crowded. Heck, I go in February. Waaaay less crowded then LOL.
I don't know what you consider "tourist attractions", but unless you like amusement park rides, mini golf, and go-carts, M.B. probably your better bet. O.C is more about the beach and the board walk. and the restaurants and nightclubs.
