we have tried pismo beach, hemet, santee lakes and san diego. we don't go anymore because we got tired of very loud heat pumps in RVs next to us. yes we asked- heat pumps! and the sites are so close...

Only in September when harvest/processing is going on.
You really have some picky notions of what is available. We spend the winter in Mesa, AZ. East side of the valley gets very little dust (almost non-existent this year). Then there are people around, lots of Q-tips who do run their heating units (furnace, heat pump, etc) when it is cool. It might not seem cool to you, but everyone is different. Do you complain in the summer when people also run their air-conditioners?
Instead of listing what you don't like, why don't you give us a clue as to what you do like? Easier then to suggest some place for you to try.
