I did call them. Said three dogs were ok. That time of year we will have to stay for the whole month of February. Just hoping there is enough hiking and biking to keep us busy. Researching that now.
Try looking at the lots in Sheckert Estates. It's on the southeast corner of the Fortuna Foothills and nestled up to the Gila mountains. I spent three months there this padt winter and began all my hikes from home. Never exhausted the hiking potential. Also, the Muggins mountains are close for variety. And the lots are nice, with facilities. Don't know about pet rules, but imagine it depends upon the owners prefs.
