You might want to check out "Dear Bob and Sue" by Matt & Karen Smith. It's a collection of emails sent from Matt and Karen Smith to their friends Bob and Sue as they visit all the National *Parks* in the US. Besides being a pretty good read, they give a lot of detail about each park they visit.
