Why are people not opening new campgrounds/RV parks?

For a number of years RV sales have been red hot. But, at least within 400 miles of where I live I haven't seen a new campground or RV park open in probably 30 years. It seems to me like it could be...

If you plan on putting all or most of your eggs in an RV Park I’d get some experience and do a very careful analysis. Hire a consultant
