Willow Tree is one of our favorite. The hot tub sites are awesome. Last two times we tried to get in, they were booked full with snow birds. Go figure.
Enjoy your stay.
Thats the new business plan.. I understand you got to pay the bills.. But they have just about pushed the transient campers out. They have got some nice permanent sites with very high end cottages now.. It is a nice campground and the staff management are some the best people you will ever meet. It is clean and sites are great..But they have lost our business due to the snowbird & permanent camp sites over any one else attitude.

I was planning on wintering there last year but I had a family situation that required that I go to Texas for the winter. I had placed a $125 deposit and when I canceled they kept $25 as a cancellation fee. Not a big deal. This year they wanted a $500 deposit and if you had to cancel they keep $250 for the cancellation fee. Sooo back to St Marys Georgia this year. Will only lose $25 if plans change which can happen. :-)
