Winchester VA to PA campground
We are leaving Winchester, Va after camper repairs and want to go to a nice park about an hour north in Pennsylvania. Any suggestions? We want full hookups and a place for a campfire but nothing fan...

Not too far north of the Maryland border is Pine Grove Furnace State Park.It's a few miles east of I81. Electric hookups.New bath houses.Water through out the loops and dump station.Small camp store,2 lakes for swimming.There's an old POW Camp about 2 miles away.They have info on that in the office.They have a map and you can walk through and identify some things like the pool,building foundations etc.About 20 miles from Gettysburg.
