Wind River Mountains
Anyone have suggestions for this area? Looking to hit it July, August in a class C, towed jeep, kayak and dual sprt motorcycle, 9 yr old boy. Suggestions what to see, where to camp? Thanks, Cb

tuna, Union Pass was high on my list for the eclipse -- we ended up in Stanley, boondocking. Where were you for the eclipse itself? And how were the conditions? We had some smoke in Stanley on that day, but the eclipse was easily visible, with no clouds.
And cbigham, there is a great motorbike/ATV road that goes up to Union Peak and then into the Winds. It's called the Seven Lakes Trail. (I tried to post a link to the Bridger NF description of the trail but the link did not work.)
