It was cold but I can still play golf when dressed appropriately. It was the coldest winter in 15 years, (They said the same thing in FL, AZ, and TX.)
All things are relative. Floridians and seasoned snowbirds say it's cold any time the temperatures go into the 70's. If they dip into the 60's, then it's "really cold."
