Haven't stayed there in an RV, but lived there for many years. The weather can run the gamut - ice storms to shirt sleeve weather in the winter. The area can get some really high winds, too. I sailed through the winters there - but I picked my days carefully. Here are the almanac tables for December and January:

At a minimum, I would plan on skirting, a heated water hose, and a large propane tank.
