Wompatuck State Park, MA

We are going to spend a couple nights at Wompatuck State Park in Hingham, MA. Does anyone know if there is over-the-air tv reception and cell phone reception at the sites? Thanks for your response.

  • Stayed there twice - decent park. We got some OTA channels (we have a really unusual antenna - bat wings do better!), and yes, cell service was fine (Verizon). It is 15/20A only - some place it is listed as 30A, FYI. ST
  • I was there three weeks age and got 40 chanels on my bat wing. Its high up there and the water spicket was 300 feet away so tank up when you entr in case you are beyond reach. Paul
  • Thanks for the info! Plus, I didn't even know about tvfool. I appreciate it.
  • While I've not been there I'd think that close to Boston, in flatlands, you wouldn't have problems with signal strength. Punch in the address at TVfool if you want to see what channels you should get, looks like all the networks to me.
