On a paved, quiet, rural dead end road with nice brick homes on both sides. 5 miles from I-10, 30 min. from beaches, casinos and shopping. Local Restaurants and stores within 10 minutes. 10 minutes from Brett Favre's home town.
Would anyone be interested in something like this as opposed to commercial campgrounds with amenities? Snowbirds or contractors?

All I can add to this is.....Have you looked into ALL the zoning hoops you will have to jump thru to even be 'allowed' to do this? Not to be a wet blanket but I doubt you will be able to.
