Ditto.....looks like the next few days will be more like we're used to
Met with the legendary SCVJeff, that afternoon, and his lovely wife. Been a cold windy week, this week. Good to see you, Jeff. Enjoy, it's supposed to warm up to low 70s, soon. - SCVJeffExplorer

you sure didn't miss anything weather-wise. Hopefully the KCBS contest will make up for that tomorrow. This morning those guys were getting blown by a constant ~20MPH wind direct from Chillyville up north. Hopefully tomorrow will yield some excellent meat :)
We had to miss our winter trip to AZ this year. Sounds like this winter has been cold, so I don't feel as bad about it. :/ - NinerBikesExplorerMet with the legendary SCVJeff, this afternoon, and his lovely wife. Been a cold windy week, this week. - NinerBikesExplorerI used to be able to manage rocking just a T shirt out here, but this year, it been highs of mid to high 50s , and a breeze. Has me sporting a shirt a little heavier than in past years. Sunsets have been worth the chill to view outdoors

Alamo Lake is a great place. You really feel a sense of being out in the middle of nowhere there. We especially enjoyed the drive there. I wonder how the fishing is?
Were about 6 people fishing but did not see their catch. About 10 off-roaders / atvers. Talked to one guy preparing to go out with a group and said the off-roading had been great. We will be returning with our SXS. Scoped our how / where the trails start. For those who are interested, they start in the first / easterly campground. Two points where you leave the campground to the mass of trails.
