Personally, if i drove all the way to Yellowstone, to visit, there's no way i'd camp in a town and not in the Park itself.
there's so much to see and hear and experience by camping in one of YNP's great campgrounds. instead of a sanitized concrete commercial campground in W. Yellowstone.
