Coulter Bay, our first choice, is mostly booked for July 7th next year. Looking for opinions on these alternate campgrounds if anyone has stayed there, all in W. Yellowstone; WAGON WHEEL HIDEAWAY...

We stayed at both Grizzly and Buffalo Crossing earlier this summer. Buffalo Crossing was a little difficult to access our site with our 35' Class A. The sites were fairly tight and no grass. Next time we will be staying at Grizzly the whole time. It was really great to lay in bed at night and hear the wolves from the recovery center howling every once in a while. We loved the roadways in the park for riding bikes with our Grandkids. The Grizzly sites were much bigger and nicer, etc. JH
