This summer we stayed at Grizzly in W Yellowstone and at Colter Bay in the Tetons. We stayed at Grizzly while visiting Yellowstone NP and at Colter Bay when visiting the Tetons. I would try ti get a spot at Colter Bay if you're vising the Tetons. It's beautiful and very convenient to the Tetons. If you're only going to Yellowstone, West Yellowstone is a great choice. It's just outside the west entrance to Yellowstone. I don't know about the parks you mentioned but Grizzly is great.
Both Colter Bay and Grizzly had ample space for our 45' motorhome and toad.
