With our 40' motorhome we've always stayed at Mammoth, Madison, Bridge Bay or just outside the park at Baker's Hole national forest campground. Yellowstone is huge so you might want to consider moving to another section halfway through your stay. It saves a lot of driving and will give you a chance to dump your tanks and refill.
