Put on the Boots - Layer up and enjoy - not likely to be Crowded today.

10 AM only 20 people watched the Geyser - guess the snow did't scare them all away.

Was there last September and was so crowed I can honestly say we'll never go back. Very glad we were able to visit once, but crowds so bad made for an unpleasant experience for us. Can't imagine what the crowds are like during the summer season.People stopping and blocking the roads for every animal sighting time and time and time and time and time again really sucked. Be warned, road signs mean nothing in YS. Enjoyed Tetons much more. Of course, this is just our opinion.

5-28-17 @ 5:08 has more people that I want to encounter. And it's just the start.

Yellowstone is one of our favorite places. We've been in every season except Spring. Hope to do that next year. The web cams keep me from going into Yellowstone withdrawal.

At 10:00 traffic was backed up out of site this morning, school is out and it begins.

Amazing how great it looks every time - even if it's just on the Web Cam.

Not that much snow. Melted when I went back to watch later in the day.

Love this/these Cams. Sure looks COLD and Damp.

April 27 and Snow again, not too crowded early,

May 18 - Yellowstone wakes up to SNOW, again.

When you click on Old Faithful's webcam look at the bottom of the page and you can view other webcams in the park. It's amazing that the north entrance has no snow!

I was just on and I didn't see anyone. But I wouldn't judge how crowded it is by the number of people at Old faithful. That is probably the most popular area in the whole park. We were in Yellowstone in mid May 2016. The weather was good and the crowds fairly light. We didn't encounter any traffic jams at all. Yellowstone is as big as the state of Rhode Island.
