I would stay in West Yellowstone, Mt. either at Grizzly or Rustic Wagon have stayed at both their are 2 or 3 more parks in West Yellowstone and some more within around 10 miles of town. JMHO

Oh man, I want to go next year so bad!! I don't think we can fit it into our plans though.
That means it will be 2017 before we get back there. :((

Strange as I used it last summer and it's on the entrance, not the exit and difficult to get to when leaving requiring two 180 degree turns. Never know something on the internet to be wrong. I may be getting old but not senile. Anyone want to bet?

Here's a map of Baker's Hole. Can you describe exactly where the dump station is. It must be very new because we've been there quite often and they didn't have a dump station.

Yes, on your map at the entrance area there are three roads that narrow down to one lane/one way into the camp sites. Campground is written in the middle of these three roads and the d is pointing to a paved area on the left. You can just see a white area in the trees... that is the dump station and no it is not marked as such. I had to pull so far ahead that I was blocking the single lane into the CG (except for cars) as the paved area is too narrow at the top for a big rig... 42' Once dumped I pulled ahead enough so I could then back to the right into the exit road. I actually went out the entrance road on the left.

To the right of C as posted above. About 1/3rd of the way to H kind of in the bushes. When you zoom all the way in on the link above you can see a small white area which is the concrete around it.


Sorry, but you have to zoom all the way in before the "campground" I was referring will appear... in my post above.

I'm wondering if that's an 'official' dump spot. The F.S. web site says no dump and to use one in West Yellowstone.
