profdan, you can download the GeoTiff to your computer, then import it into GoogleEarth (desktop version, not mobile app). It is a large file, so I had to save the GoogleEarth process to my computer, but that was just creating a folder for it.

Once it imports into GoogleEarth, you can toggle it on and off, so you can see the topo, or the satellite imagery. Useful.
