Utah has some of the great boondocking places in the USA. - ORbikerExplorerI didn't take the camper thip trip. I was saving a little fuel for the rest of you.
This campsite is just outside Mt Lassen NP to the south.

- JimBollmanExplorerDoesn't look like much, in fact it is a sheep pasture with the sheep removed. What makes this a great boondocking site was the 4 days of Bluegrass music that went with the site. Hard to estimate the number of campers in this makeshift campgrounds but I would guess in the 500+ range. everything from tiny sleeping bag tents all the way up to big class A pushers.
