Can't say I have a favorite. As some said there is so much out there. I've been to places which are clearly not top tier destinations where I was in the perfect frame of mind and the weather was glorious. Also I'm super energized on a first visit anywhere and always like to incorporate new roads and places into a trip.
Like most, I have enjoyed Yosemite, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Glacier, Zion, Mt Ranier, Oregon coast, Colorado Rockies. But sayin' that some of my best days were at locations far less notable.
