Thanks for the advise and the link, great work and documentation.
My plan was to remove the 7155 box and mount the 9260 on the floor just under where the old conv is now. My entire installation is under the bed. So the old conv is almost on the floor right now. PD responded back with a reply to the same question posted here not to install the 9260 inside the 7155 case without adding fans and that on the floor would be fine. I might cut out the solid part of the chassis cover on the bottom and install an added fan as my inverter is also installed under the bed. Adding some air flow won't hurt.
So I guess the bigger answer to my question is the up charge is for the convenience. I'd rather have the extra 5 amps and do it my way! Also I guess you get a new DC fuse board with the 4655, that does not come with a 9260. Mine already has a board with LEDs on the fuses. Not sure what else the new board would provide, but not at and extra $50.
