2 10 AMP to 30 AMP, will I end up with a 30 AMP 110 Volts or 30 AMP 220 Volts which I dont want. Any suggestions how to proceed would be appreciated.

When you measure hot-to-hot between the two circuits do you see 0 volts or 220 volts?
