17" range, Atwood and Suburban the only options?

I'm considering upgrading our cooktop to a 17" range. Looked at a Suburban 17" Gas Range (3206A) and some commented that the grate is cheap stamped metal and easily bent. Looked at a similar Atwood and at least the grate appears to be nicer.

Wondering if there are other brands available in the U.S.? And general comments about quality of Suburban vs. Atwood (hope this isn't a holy war topic)
  • We don't have an oven. I've had great luck with my Baby Q. I've made bread, banana bread & breaded chicken, just to name a few. Got our at Walmart.

Thanks, some interesting options there.. I didn't find anything in the 17" size... however as noted earlier that wouldn't fit anyway. Lots of interesting cooktops, this one might find it's way into our TT..

For baking, a Breville convection over works great.

We rarely hookup, and wouldn't run our genny for baking.. dutch oven works for us.

You and me both. Turns out I'd have to re-do the entire kitchen counter to install one (sink needs to move).. we'll stick to the dutch oven for baking I guess.
