2001 Dodge Roadtrek 170 Popular. This 19 footer has too much crammed into it. minor remodel

There is a small cabinet right over the sink, which  makes it difficult  to get over the sink to was or shave. I'd  like to remove it. Problem: It is sandwiched between the stove hood and microwave. There are two screws  fastening it to the hood, buy no apparent fasteners. Could  it be permanently glued in at the top and back? T hat would  be awful plus extremely  stupid m. Is anyone familiar with this setup?
