I have to brag on my father-in-law for a minute, his latest project turned out really good. He fabricated/welded/bolted a hitch receiver to the front of his 5th wheel for use with a Wonder Pole flag pole.Moderator edit to re-size picture to forum recommended limit of 640px maximum width.

Very nice. I like the idea of using a 2 inch receiver too. It might confuse a few folks :) but it can also be used for other things - an antenna perhaps, etc. The only addition I might consider is to mount a small LED light that shines on the flag. Then you can leave it up overnight. Power might come from one of the wires on the 7-pin plug which is close-by.

I had him purchase a landscape spotlight from superbrightleds.com as well as an in-line photocell to turn it off and on. Hooked it directly into the 12v battery system.LED LightDusk to DawnPole Mount
