If your antenna system is a typical Winegard, then you may be in good shape. Remove the antenna output/booster/splitter switch and see if there is a connection already there for cable input. If so, then if you attach your cable feed to it, leaving the booster off, you should get cable to whatever TV's are fed from the antenna.
You next problem is to get the cable to the booster/splitter. The PO of my unit did add a coax connection (actually for sat) by drilling/cutting through the external wall just behind a couch and installed the proper box. He then fed the cable from the backside of the box up to the cabinet that had the connections.
