Oh, and one other thought that popped into mind... we require 4 bunks in the back, so we were expecting to have to remodel whatever we bought anyway to accommodate that, as well as an office space in the front of the coach... I figure heck since we're gutting this thing we may as well build it exactly how we need... keeping in mind factors such as safety and weight.
I do wonder how building 2 bunks on both sides in the back vs. the single bed in the middle will change the weight in the rear... the bed frame that's in there now is quite heavy. I think I can keep the bunks as light as that entire piece, but obviously the weight will be moved to the outside walls rather than in the center.
