Just realize that meter you linked to won't tell you which channel is where (i.e. direction). It only shows you where the strongest group of signals are. I think for under $100 the Sensor Pro is the best you can do. In tunning my home OTA antenna using my DigiAir meter I can see about 1db strength delta in only a change of around 5deg of antenna direction.
