Amazon has the Maxxair plus 4500K for $189 It is remote controlled, has a rain sensor and the thermostat will turn it off and on automatically. Can blow in or out at the touch of a button. 10 speeds, creates quite a breeze. And us vertically challenged folks don't have to stretch anymore. :)
