I have a the Kar Kaddy SS, but got mine from the dealer and it was already assembled. However, before I bought it I went to the Demco website and downloaded all of the literature related to the dolly.
You can go here to download the operator's manual where it details how to assemble the unit. That way you can read up to see it this is something you want to tackle.
