- DutchmenSportExplorerIs that a George Forman grill? We have one and absolutely love it! Actually, my wife picked up a second one today .. bigger. Smaller one will stay in the camper now, bigger one will stay in the house. Won't have to move the smaller one back and forth all the time now.
And, oh .... modification looks nice! Well done! - MoffittclanExplorer

Yep, that a George Foreman! We have a bigger one in the house and love it. Hoping to be able to use this smaller one in the RV. - TNGW1500SEExplorernice!
- Fire_InstructorExplorerLooks great! I need to do the same! It looks like plywood? What thickness?

It was just some leftover I had around the house. I think it was 1/4 inch or maybe 3/8 inch. I knew it wasn't going to have much weight on it, so I wasn't worried about making it extremely thick and didn't want the extra weight. I got the carpet to cover it with at Lowes and used 3M adhesive (also from Lowes) to apply it. was really easy. - Fire_InstructorExplorerNicely done! It's on my to-do list...
