Ok, now I understand how your system is connected. Yes, my sound bar hangs completely in front of the upper cabinets and the curtain is not a concern because it is back by the windshield.
My radio was also double DIN in size and we replaced it with a relatively inexpensive Alpine single DIN with a space to fill the hole. We only use the radio for streaming Pandora off the phone as we drive so we didn't need anything all that fancy. One of the reasons for not trying to connect it to the main sound system was that the audio from that system is not well positioned for the driver and passenger to hear.
I didn't say that the subwoofer is "under the coach" just under the sofa. It isn't all that large a unit and it fit under the sofa just fine. You really don't have to remove it; I was replacing the sofa and redoing flooring when we removed ours. We had stopped using it long before that.
One thing you ought to remove is the Bose power amp which is probably in a cabinet (mine was in the very first cabinet above the main door. Once you've removed it you will free up a very useful storage cabinet.
