- scoutmasterExplorerAfter looking at your photo, I would have cut a piece of plywood or hardwood and hinged it like a door. I then would attach the TV mount to it and that way you would be able to use the cabinet for storage.
- JimK-NYExplorer IIToo bad you did not figure a way to hang the TV and still have use of the storage.

- imgoin4itExplorerI did similiar only went up some in size ( can allow it to extend below the cabinet a little if need ) mounted it on a door that is mounted with a piano hinge. Used area behind for storsge.
- BarneySExplorer IIII don't see any nails at all. I see phillips slotted screws.
Barney - Hornnumb2ExplorerLooks like you just toe nailed into face frame? If so I wouldn't think you would get a lot of strength that way.
- beachcomber_1ExplorerBigger isn't always better.
- Johno02ExplorerThought the same, but the next size up, 32", was too tall. width was OK, but it would have been against the ceiling, and still would have hung too low. Not but 16" vertical, and all 32" sets were at least 19". Still, its a lot bigger than the little 13" that was in there originally.
- Teacher_s_PetExplorerI concur on size of tv, good job though.
