Another vote for the liquid epdm. I did mine almost 5 years ago and it is starting to get a little rough. Going to re-do it as soon as I get a week without rain. I painted it up and over every seam and seal on the roof and have not needed to caulk anything up top for 5 years. Well worth it in my opinion.
