Yep. Epoxy is tough. But UV kills it, that's why it's important to paint it over. 100% acrylic latex paint works well. Won't last same long as epoxy paint, but it's so much cheaper that it pays off eventually. When epoxied ply starts deteriorating, it's usually at the edges or damages/imperfections on the surface. If it still looks intact, I wouldn't bother with EPDM.
