In a pinch you can use the TV alternator to push a little current into the trailer batteries with jumper cables. I would do this in the AM, when the voltage differential between a running alternator output and the trailer batteries is highest. Let the solar do the bulk of the work over the day.
Another (better) long term option is more solar, then you don't have to worry about this again, even on longer trips.
