Yes, higher flow will give you more pressure because you are trying to force more water through the same size pipes. Also, the pumps that have more volume often times also have higher pressure ratings.
I went to a Shurflow Smart Sensor 5.7 GPH pump many years ago because of the poor flow of the little 2.X pump the TT came with. I have flow just like at home with this pump but so many people had problems with this model that I wont recommend it - though it has been trouble free for ten years for me. I would go with the Smart Sensor 4.0 GPH pump. You'll be happy with its performance.
