Has anyone used the oxygenics shower head with your water pump when dry camping? Does it work well with the pump or only when hooked up to water? Looking to save water and still get a decent shower ...

As a disclamer, I have a Oxygenics shower head and am very pleased with it. It is powerful and does a much better job,as far as I'm concerned,and it takes less time to shower and rinse. I REALLY LIKE IT.As where the original one puts out a weak spray and takes forever to shower and rinse.
Now for the test.This was done with my on board water and stock water pump,your results may vary.Using my original shower head...... With both Hot and Cold on full.
The old one took 2 Minutes 10 seconds to fill the 3 Gallon bucket.
The Oxygenics took 2 Minutes 30 seconds to fill the 3 Gallon bucket.

Something does not seem right. When I was desert camping and conserving water, my total water consumption for cooking, drinking, dish washing, and a shower was 3 gallons per day. I estimated the shower portion was not much over one gallon. That would be well less than a minute according to your measurements.
