Here is one such system.
I do not have any such system on my trailer but know many folks that have motorhomes which often use them or others like these. Cant remember the actual brands right now though. All of them had one motor and then used hydraulic lines to the four corners where the actual jacks were located. If I find the common ones used here I will edit this to put in links.

I see there is at least one electic leveling system there. It may be somewhat like you are thinking of making,although all the electric ones I have seen were for stabilization only and not leveling.
