Bunk trim help

I have repaired some water damage to my bunk. I took off the trim that holds the top and side exterior fillon seam together. I disposed of it do to condition. I bought new trim molding, shaped like an L. The front of the bunk enclosure has a big curve and some angles, as typical. To bend the trim by hand would buckle the sides. How or where to bend this stuff.

  • The trim is aluminum, the bend is typical for a class C overcab bunk nose.

  • What material is the new trim? Can you describe the radius of the bends?
