cable input jack

On my camper , I have a 3 way plate (for interior) on the inside of my compartment...
1 is for cable
1 is for sat
1 is for phone
that plate broke and I cannot find a 3 way plate anywhere... Anybody have ideas other than 2 plates ??
My next idea is a single plate for the cable... and a double plate for the sat and phone....

    Well - - - I had a free minute at lunch and hit Home Depot.. There I found a 3 way wall plate with blanks... I then found the push in connectors needed... all for a grand total of $8.54 . .

    I did not think they were an option... good to go !

    Find a local engraving shop (like trophies and awards) to custom cut a plate with their laser.

    actually never... I just like things to be original as they came... unless it is a planned upgrade... I do believe that will be my only way
