Cell Phone Signal Booster Systems for Class As

We do quite a bit of RVing in the mountains of Arizona where cell signals are weak at best. I'm interested in an RV mounted signal booster system which I won't have to cradle my phone to use. I haven't any forum topics to provide insight, so I thought this may be the best place.

Looking forward to the input. Thanks.
  • Since this thread belongs in the Technology forum and the OP has found his answer there, I am going to close this one rather than move it.

  • Thanks for the information. I just went to the other forum and found what you suggested.
  • What carrier do you have even with a booster you might not get anything

Personally my Verizon works about everywhere including the mountains of Arizona in several locations this past spring
  • Wilson/WeBoost are the gold standard for consumer Amps. I would check their site. I have a cradle amp, the Wilson Sleek and love it. Makes a huge difference.
One thing to be aware of though for the retail amps that you do NOT cradle the phone, the range is very small. You will not cover the entire inside of your rig with one of them (even a tiny RV). In fact I saw a review confirming this, just the other day on YouTube on RV with Tito. He reviewed one of the newer WeBoost non cradle amps and he found that he had to be within a few feet of the amp to get a usable signal boost from it.
