I suggest you really be concerned about the thin RV walls and whatever you build to fill your hole must be supported with something. You will not find any adapter to over come this. All of the adapters have to screw into solid walla otherwise the first big bump you hit all of the screws will just pull thru the RV THIN walls and drop your 40-inch TV to the floor...

All we can do for you is offer what we did in our circumstances...
You may want to contract a carpenter to build-out what you want done...
By the way we get great HDTV using our BATWING antenna pointing at the local towns that have the NATL BROADCAST TV networks. We pickup 6-36 digital channels just fine using the BATWING antenna that has the UHF DIPOLES on them... Here in the US all of these BROADCAST channels are using full mode HDTV signals.
