Coating a newer EPDM roof?
I got up on the roof of my “new to me” Crossroads TT and everything looks good. It’s a 2011 TT……should I be thinking about coating the EPDM roof “just because”…..or is that overkill if everything loo...

Don't depend on a coating fixing any water leaks. This is a newbie perception, that coating the roof fixes leaks. The integrity of the roof against leaking is done with sealants/tapes that prevent water from entering.
In another thread, the OP has discovered a rotten floor section near a wall.. The best thing you can do is perform a pressurized interior leak test. That will turn up even a pinhole leak anywhere in your TT. Do a search for "Pressurized leak test".
