I would tell them, in a mild voice, that I was really p*ssed off, and ask for a refund, P&L.
From there, you can negotiate if you want to, but might as well start out telling them how you feel and what you want.
If they offered to fix it I would tell them frankly that I don't trust them to do it right. If they don't want to give you money (of course they don't) maybe they can give you some other parts or chotchkes.
